Storytrail program requires that the participants be in good health. It is essential that persons with any medical issues and/or dietary restrictions make them known to us well before departure. Any impairments regarding mobility must be disclosed to Storytrails prior to booking. We can counsel participants on whether a trip is appropriate for them. We cannot accept bookings from unaccompanied minors or persons with mental disabilities unless expressly consented to by us on a case by case basis.

Storytrails may use photographs taken during this trip/event for publications on their web sites and/or in print advertising and for promotional literature and used with credit to guest photographer.

Storytrails shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to any event participant or his/her property that may result from any act or omission thereof in providing services in connection with the event, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, food and beverage, entertainment, sightseeing, luggage handling and tour guiding.

You are hereby advised to read and fill the form available with Storytrails at the start of the trail which will constitute the sole, legally enforceable terms and conditions letter contract that you execute before you participate and begin the trails.
